-This depends on the size of your business and how many assets you’d like to subscribe - the cost per asset reduces as the amount you subscribe increases

-Use the Subscription Cost Calculator to work out your payment, and click subscribe when ready. You’ll then be guided through checkout using your usual secure payment methods.
Once you’ve chosen the plan that works for you and selected the number of assets you need to subscribe to, you’ll be guided through our secure online payment process, using your usual payment methods. Once confirmed (on-screen and via email) you’ll be given a link to access the LYA configuration center, with simple step-by-step guides to get you up and running from our support pages (click here) - you’ll find everything you need to register your assets, configure your dashboards, and start monitoring asset health:

FAQs
Can I cancel at any time?
Our plans all include auto-renewal to ensure you’re service is uninterrupted. For both plans, we need at least 30 days notice before your next payment if you would like to cancel your plan, (For monthly plan cancellations, please advise as soon as possible after your last payment is made)
Can I upgrade my plan?
You can upgrade your monthly plan to an annual plan whenever you like, just use the contact links. We can also increase the amount of assets registered as your asset portfolio grows - just let us know your extra requirements.
Is there any support available?
We have provided a step-by-step guide to completing your asset registration and monitoring the health of your assets through alerts, dashboards and reports. A range of additional support packages are available from one-off calls to online courses
